EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini has commented on the signing of the pardon order signed Thursday by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
“This is good news from Azerbaijan on human rights. It’s encouraging after the talks I had in Baku two weeks ago. We`ll continue to work,” she tweeted.
