“This document gives an impetus to turn Baku into one of the world port centers and creates the legal basis for this,” said Ziyadov.
He went on to add that the necessary legal framework will be prepared within six months with the attraction of foreign experts.
“We hope that this free trade area will start working at full capacity already in 2017 and turn the Baku International Sea Trade Port into one of the largest transport and logistic centers,” said Ziyadov.
