Belgium PM asks people to stay indoors after Brussels blasts

Belgian prime minister Charles Michel has asked the population to stay indoors after the Brussels blasts.

Belgium raises terror level to maximum following Brussels Airport explosions

Authorities shut down all public transport in the city.The blasts in Brussels come just days after Salah Abdeslam, the mastermind behind the November Paris Attacks, was arrested in Belgium.

Belgian intelligence had advance knowledge of plans to carry out terrorist attacks in the country but was unaware of their time or location, the French BFMTV reported Tuesday, citing police sources.
