The airport was reportedly closed at approximately 06:45 local time (UTC/GMT +1 hour).
Later reports on Twitter said that the evacuation was over and that people were going back to the airport building, according to RT.
Express has reported that the security alert is believed to be a suspect package and that the passengers waited outside the airport until it reopened at 08:30.
But, RT, citing Airlive.net, reported that the airport was evacuated due to a security breach, not a suspicious package.
The news comes after the terror attacks in the Zaventem airport and a metro station in Brussels, Belgium, March 22, which killed at least 34 and injured 250.
