SOCAR drilling new well at Oil Rocks offshore field

SOCAR drilling new well at Oil Rocks offshore field

Azerbaijan

The well’s projected depth is 1,860 meters and its daily debit is expected to reach 10 tons of oil, said a SOCAR message issued March 28.

SOCAR is currently implementing a program to stabilize and increase oil output.

The company produced 8.16 million tons of oil in 2015 as compared to 8.32 million tons produced in 2014.
