One of the Los Angeles Metro stations was shut down as police spotted a "suspicious package," Los Angeles County sheriff`s deputy Lt. Rich Maradiaga said.
The "package," which had a clock on top of it, was plugged into an electrical socket at the Gold Line light rail station in Highland Park, in northeast Los Angeles.
"We evacuated the platform and rerouted the trains," Maradiaga said on Wednesday as quoted by The Los Angeles Times.
