An artillery shell has been fallen in the house of IDP Jalal Rahimov in Garagaji village of Tartar district as a result of ceasefire violation by Armenians, the representative of the executive power of the Garagaji village, Tartar region, Latif Hamidov told AzVision.az.
`Consequently, Rahimov died, his son Orkhan Rahimov lost his legs. He was hospitalized. Our Army controls the situation. We believe in the power of the Army. They decisively silenced Armenians with retaliatory strikes`, Hamidov added.
