An artillery shell has been fallen in the house of IDP Jalal Rahimov in Garagaji village of Tartar district as a result of ceasefire violation by Armenians, the representative of the executive power of the Garagaji village, Tartar region, Latif Hamidov told AzVision.az.
Consequently, Rahimov died, his son Orkhan Rahimov lost his legs. Then he died in a car accident while he was taking to the hospital in an ambulance car. His dead body was taken to the region.
