No one leaves villages
Tartar resident Umud Meydanov also said that in spite of tension on the frontline, they did not leave their homes: “This will not happen. The residents left for hospital to donate blood when they heard about hospitalized civilians”.
According to Meydanov, the residents condemn Armenian provocation and the rumors that the frontier villages have been left are untrue: “We have familiars living in the frontiers villages. We’ll not leave our home. Our army is here, why must we be afraid?”
First Deputy Head of Fuzuli Executive Power Bagir Aslanov said gunshots are still being heard in the directions of Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts: “The residents are at home. They trust in Azerbaijani Army. No one left the village”.
Resident of Chiragli village of Agdam district Khurshud Mammadov said that Chiragli village is under the control of Azerbaijani Army: “Armenian fired on this village tonight. However, no one left the village”.
Mammadov also noted that it’s possible to clearly observe the situation on the frontline from Chiragli: “We witnessed Armenia suffered more casualties this night”.
Mehman Sadigov, resident of Baharli village of Agdam district, told APA that the people did not leave their home: “Our relatives living in other regions are concerned over rumors that the villages have been left. We are at our home and not going to leave. Our army retaliates to the enemy. The villagers witnessed themselves”.
Head of press service of the Defense Ministry Vagif Dargahli said Azerbaijani Armed Forces’ units are in their positions: “No one has left their villages, on the contrary, the armenians settled in the occupied lands fled to Shusha and Khankendi”.
Armenian media has been reporting since the morning that the residents leave the frontier villages of Azerbaijan.
The Armenians wrote on the social networks that the people settled in the occupied territories are in panic and started to leave the territories.
They condemn Armenian authority for this situation.
