Russia starts consultations with other co-chairs

"Russia has started consultations with other co-chairs of the OSCCE Minsk Group on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict", AzVision.az reports citing RIA Novosti.

Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for Russia’s Foreign Ministry said Russia is observing the situation: “Moscow calls on the sides to show restraint and immediately refuse the violence”.
