“We strongly condemn the use of force. We are saddened by the human losses including civilian deaths,” said the statement.
The co-chairs calls on the sides to respect the ceasefire and do all necessary actions to stabilize the situation.
“There is no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the conflict,” they said.

OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs James Warlick (US), Pierre Andrieu (France), and Igor Popov (Russia) have issued a joint statement on the ongoing escalation on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, expressing serious concern over the intensive ceasefire violations along the front lines and the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
