PACE president calls on Azerbaijan, Armenia to resume negotiations

PACE President Pedro Agramunt expressed concern over the escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“I’m deeply worried at the escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh. I call on sides to observe the cease-fire and resume negotiations,” he tweeted on Apr. 3.
