“Armenia and Azerbaijan must avoid any actions or statements that could result in further escalation of the conflict,” the statement said.
The Foreign Ministry expresses regret over casualties and deaths and conveys condolences to the wounded and the families of those killed.
“Latvia also fully supports the OSCE Minsk Group and its three Co-Chairs in their efforts to restore ceasefire,” said the statement.
