MP said military conflicts amongst members of the Council of Europe contradict the basic spirit of mutual cooperation within the Council.
He noted that existing conflicts have to be settled peacefully. “Therefore I call for an immediately end of military hostilities and for the full respect of the ceasefire agreement. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. Furthermore I ask for the withdrawal of all Armenian military forces from the occupied Azerbaijani territories in accordance with the resolutions of the UN security Council,” he added.
