Azerbaijan has despaired of the OSCE Minsk Group, so it is not expecting anything from today
According to Asadov, one reason behind the ongoing clashes on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops is because the OSCE Minsk Group has failed to do anything concrete so far.
