Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Ramsar, Iran to take part in the 4th trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on April 5.
Mammadyarov will inform his Turkish and Iranian counterparts about the latest situation on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops and provocations committed by Armenian forces.
