OSCE Permanent Council commences special meeting on recent situation Karabakh
OSCE Permanent Council on Tuesday commenced a special meeting to discuss the latest developments in Nagorno-Karabakh.

US co-chair James Warlick is scheduled to present a report on the escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Andrzej Kaspzyk, special representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office is also taking part in the meeting.

The OSCE Minsk Group held a meeting in an expanded format in Vienna April 5. The Minsk Group co-chairs from Russia and France – Igor Popov and Pierre Andrieu departed to the region not waiting for the meeting.
