Putin discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh problem with his Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts, APA’s Moscow correspondent reported.
The Russian president expressed his serious concern over the large-scale military confrontation that resulted in a large number of deaths.
Putin called both presidents to stop the military operations completely and immediately and to comply with the ceasefire regime, noting that Russia is making intermediary efforts to normalize the situation and will continue doing so.
Furthermore, the sides stressed the importance of restoring the negotiations process through the OSCE Minsk Group.
