Armenians violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan using machine guns and artillery
Armenian armed units broke the ceasefire with Azerbaijan 115 times in various parts of the contact line of troops using large-caliber machine guns and artillery in the last 24 hours, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Apr. 6.
Armenian armed units stationed on nameless heights and in the Berkaber, Paravakar villages of Armenia’s Ijevan district opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located on nameless heights and in the Gizilhajili village of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district and the Kohnegishlag village of the Aghstafa district.

Azerbaijani army positions located in the Alibeyli, Aghdam villages of Tovuz district and on nameless heights of Gedebey district were fired at by Armenian armed units stationed in the Mosesgekh village of Berd district and nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Meanwhile, Armenian army opened fire from positions near the villages of Goyarkh, Yarimja, Chilaburt, of the Tartar district, Gulustan of the Goranboy district, Shikhlar, Bash Garvand, Javahirli, Sarijali, Kangarli, Novruzlu, Shuraabad, Marzili, Yusifjanli, Garagashli, Namirli of the Aghdam district, Kuropatkino of the Khojavand district, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashagi Seyidahmadli villages of the Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of the Jabrayil district, as well as on nameless heights in the districts of Goygol, Goranboy, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.

In consideration of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces carried out 120 strikes on Armenian positions.
