Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will today visit Baku to discuss with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov the latest situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, said Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry. APA reports.
Lavrov’s visit this time is of more importance due to the latest events on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, the spokesperson said.
