Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who is in Berlin for an official visit, has met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
At a briefing held following the meeting, Merkel said Germany, as a country chairing the OSCE, has taken on a certain responsibility over resolving the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and resuming talks on the conflict, AzVision.az reports citing the Russian media.
