The meeting of Azerbaijani, Iranian and Russian foreign ministers` kicks off in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
The ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Sergei Lavrov and Javad Zarif held a business breakfast meeting. Later the official negotiations will begin.
