The lawsuit was filed on the war crimes of the Armed Forces of the Armenian Republic in 2016, on April with reference to the article 115 (violation of war rules and customs) and article 116 (violation of international humanitarian law norms during armed conflict) of the criminal law of the Azerbaijan Republic , the Military Prosecutor`s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan told AzVision.az.
The investigation is underway.
