US releases nine Guantanamo prisoners to Saudi Arabia
The US Department of Defense has sent nine inmates of the Guantanamo Bay detention center to Saudi Arabia, Sputnik reported citing local media.
The released prisoners are all Yemeni nationals who have not been charged with any crime during their detention in the infamous prison, The Miami Herald newspaper said.

The transfer deal leaves only 80 detainees still held at the Guantanamo, 26 of which have been cleared for release.
