The investigation into the murder of Azerbaijani citizen Rahil Mehdiyev has already been completed and the murderer has been identified according to a source in the Investigative Department for Yalta.
A request has been sent to the law enforcement bodies of Armenia.

An Armenian man suspected of murdering an Azerbaijani citizen in Yalta on 14 July 2015 is believed to have fled to Armenia, Rahim Humbatov, head of the Azerbaijani community of Crimea, told AzVision.az on Tuesday.
