Armenians violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan 114 times
Armenian armed forces have violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan 114 times in various directions along the contact line of troops during the day, using 82-mm mortar launchers, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on April 20.
Azerbaijani military positions in the Qizilhajili, Farahli, Kamarli villages of Gazakh district took fire from Armenian positions situated in the Berkaber village of Armenia’s Ijevan district, and Shavarshavan and Dovekh villages of Noyemberyan district respectively. Also, Azerbaijani positions in the unnamed heights of Gedebey were shelled from Armenian positions located in the nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijani army positions came under fire from Armenian positions near the Goyarkh, Yarimja, and Chilaburt villages of Terter district, Shikhlar, Javahirli, Sarijali, Kangarli, Novruzlu, Shuraabad, Yusifjanli, Garagashli, and Merzili villages of Aghdam district, Kuropatkino village of Khojavand district, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashagi Seyidahmadli villages of Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district as well as in the nameless uplands of the Goygol, Goranboy, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.

In consideration of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces inflicted 114 retaliatory strikes on Armenian positions.
