President Ilham Aliyev issued an order to apply the law on “Amendments to the law on “Administrative execution”.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare its proposals to bring the laws of Azerbaijan Republic and acts of Azerbaijani President to conformity with the above-mentioned law within three months, to ensure conformation of the normative legal acts of the Cabinet to this law within three months, and to control conformation of the normative legal acts of the central executive authorities to that law and inform President about it within five months.
The Ministry of Justice is to ensure conformation of the normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive authorities to the law on “Amendments to the law on “Administrative execution”” and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.
