Rahimov said the problems of today’s youth, extremism and terrorism are one of the main threats to the calls for peace. “We often hear of the death of young people with regret,” he noted.
To date, a number of projects on youth policy have been implemented in Azerbaijan, the minister added.
Rahimov also stressed that there is a need to fight violence against women.
He recalled that Azerbaijan was subjected to military aggression, and its native lands are still under occupation. “We want to make the world a better place. We hope that the world will not face difficulties with which we are faced,” the minister emphasized.
