`The tension escalated on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops last night. The Armenian Armed Forces inflicted heavy artillery strikes on the areas close to the frontline`, Mustegim Mammadov, the head of the Executive Body of Tartar region told AzVision.az.
`One house was completely destroyed in Hasangaya village of Tartar region. Five houses near that house were serisouly damaged. Additionally, the strikes inflicted heavy damages on 4 houses in the center of Tartar region, 2 in Garagaji, 6 in Gazyan and 2 in Gaynag villages. Furthermore, 3 head of livestock and 1 horse killed as a result of strikes. Moreover, strikes caused damages on electricity pylons. Currently, the electric lines are being restored`, the head of the Executive Body of Tartar region said.
`No human casualties reported. The current situation is stable`, he added.
