“Azerbaijan is a member of the UN, the Non-Aligned Movement, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Council of Europe. Because of this reason, Azerbaijan was elected non-permanent member of the UN Security Council,” President Aliyev added.
According to the president, the strengthening of multiculturalism trends may turn into a very positive tendency. “All responsible politicians must contribute to this dynamics, because the opposite of this is xenophobia,” he noted.
