The Armed Forces of the Armenian Republic violated the agreement that aimed to halt the fights on the contact line, the press sevrice of Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry told Azvision.az.
`The Armenian Armed Units inflicted strikes on our positions and settlements near the frontline using internationally-banned weapons.
The enemy side instigates the Azerbaijani side to carry out active military operations with their provocative actions on the front line. The criminal military-political regime in Armenia is fully responsible for the incidents on the contact line`, the ministry said.
