Armenians destroy more than 20 graves in Tartar
According to the information from relevant bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan State Commission on POW, Hostages and Missing People, civilian objects, mainly, residence buildings were targeted by Armenian army and destroyed by using large-scale weaponry and heavy artillery, beginning from April 26 on Azerbaijani and Armenian contact line .

The State commission told AzVision.az that 4 private houses, 1 administrative building in Tartar and 16 private houses, as well as more than 20 graves in the cemetery in Qaraagaci were destroyed, as a result of shot with heavy artillery. Besides, private household and electric and gas provision of the region were seriously damaged. These conditions are still continuing.

The State Commission brought to the attention of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that the measures are contrary to the international humanitarian law norms and war laws and disrespectful against ordinary human values and called to suspend the opposite side from this kind of actions.
