AzVision.az reports citing the official website of the President of Azerbaijan that the message says:
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I cordially congratulate you and the entire Romanian people on the national holiday of Romania - the Unity Day"
Azerbaijani President noted the dynamic and comprehensive development of the Azerbaijani-Romanian relations and stressed that close friendly relations that unite our countries and peoples are a favorable basis for effective cooperation in all areas.
"I hope that the Azerbaijani-Romanian friendship, cooperation and strategic partnership will be strengthened and expanded in the future.
On this auspicious day I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Romania," the message says.
