Journalists visit house destroyed by Armenians shelling in Aghjabadi
Foreign journalists and representatives of local media have visited houses destroyed as a result of fires opened by Armenian armed forces in Garakhanli village of Aghjabedi region.

Head of the Aghjabedi Executive Power Shahin Mammadov noted that Armenian armed forces opened fire at the settlement at night, April 27 till 05:30 April 28.

According to him around 100 shells fell on Aghjabedi, 50 to Garakhanli village.

"19 shells fell on the territory of the houses belonging to civilians. Houses have been damaged. In particular, a two-storey house was burned down. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. People here live in difficult conditions, face to face with death. We call on international organizations to finally see this reality. We do not want war, but did not accept the occupation of our lands. We believe in the head of our state, Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the army. Our army stop the provocation of Armenians resolutely. We are confident that this will continue. If our lands are not liberated peacefully, every resident of Aghjabedi region is ready for the president`s orders to take up arms,"said S. Mamedov.

Local and foreign journalists also visited the frontline and visited agricultural sites in Aghdam region, which have been damaged by shelling from the Armenian side.
