Sargsyan`s son-in-law runs narcotic business in occupied territories
`Sargsyan must be sued at the international tribunal. The Law-Enforcement Agencies of Azerbaijan have gathered enough evidence against him. The Khojaly genocide and the latest incidents are sufficient to sue him. His brutality against the Azerbaijani civilians can be considered as the international crime, ` Ali Hasanov, the chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDP affairs told in his interview to ANS TV channel.
`The Azerbaijani President strives to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on his own relying on Azerbaijani people. Clearly, there is not any gap between the army and the President. Ultimately, the Armenian side gets retaliatory strikes from the Azerbaijani side. Importantly, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces liberated some outposts`, Hasanov said.

`I am sorry to say that the Armenian Armed Forces have killed 16 civilians, injured about 50 civilians, and inflicted heavy damages on 228 houses since April 2. Besides, 43 of the houses were completely destroyed. The Agency for Restoration will work on the renovation of the damages to the civilians and the State Committee for Refugees and IDP affairs will deal with the damages to the IDPs in consistency with the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan. Money will be allocated for the restoration work next week `, he added.

The Armenian side grows narcotic plants in the occupied territories. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan`s son-in-law particularly deals with the narcotic plants growing. The Azerbaijani side has gathered tangible evidence by means of satellite footage of the occupied territories`, he highlighted.

`Enough number of foreign citizens was arrested for drug smuggling from the occupied territories. The statements of the jailed drug smugglers and authentic facts are kept at the Law-Enforcement agencies. We submitted those facts to the United Nations Office at Vienna two years ago. We asked them to establish a group for monitoring in those areas. Although the UN accepted our request, the Armenian side prevented them to enter the occupied territories`, Ali Hasanov shared his views.
