The idea reflects in the "Open Government Initiative National Action Plan for 2016-2018` which is approved by the Azerbaijani President’s decree dated 27.04.2016.
According to the National Action Plan, during 2016-2018 years, the central and local executive powers, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan should take measures on applying `ASAN Service` operating principles and the transparency standards to the state agencies.
