“Official Tehran intends to further expand relations with Azerbaijan in all spheres and is taking necessary steps in this direction”, said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hossein Jaber Ansari in weekly briefing.
He emphasized that Iran`s share of investment in fixed assets of Azerbaijan in 2015, reached $ 760 million. Hossein Jaber Ansari noted that Iran invested in the oil sector of Azerbaijan $ 145 million in state and non-state level.
Establishing close cooperation with the countries of the world is a priority of Iran`s foreign policy, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman added.
