President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has viewed the conditions created in the Heydar Garden in the `8th kilometer` settlement in Nizami district.
The president was informed that the garden was opened in 1997 with the participation of national leader Heydar Aliyev. The national leader planted a stone oak here.
