Belarus responds to Yerevan
`Any kind of document can be criticised including Bible. We go all out to protect our national interests. If someone does not like the idea, we agree to discuss their concerns and find a compromise`, Belarus Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov told reporters while commenting on criticism regarding the new military doctrine of CSTO partners.

`We have never done and will never do anything to please anyone`, Rybakov said.

`The new Belarusian military doctrine is a protection oriented project`, he added.

Previously, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Armenian Republic has expressed its concerns on the military doctrine of Belarus. The doctrine prohibits prohibits the Belarusian Armed Forces from participating in military operations abroad. The Belarusian parliament passed the first reading of the country’s new military doctrine in early April.
