Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit Azerbaijan

Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit Azerbaijan

Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports citing InterFax Azerbaijan agency.

Putin is expected to come at the end of May, 2016. The main theme of the visit is on the solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

`Possibly, the visit aims to discuss the recent escalation of tension on the contact line of troops and the seeking peaceful ways of Karabakh conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia`, te source reports.

Putin`s visit to Yerevan is not ruled out.
