The European Court of Human Rights has adopted a decision to review two applications on the crimes committed by Armenian armed forces on the frontline in April, said Chingiz Asgarov, chief of section of the department on work with law enforcement bodies at Azerbaijan`s Presidential Administration.
He made the remarks May 13 in Baku during the hearings in the Azerbaijani parliament on the "Recent developments along the line of contact: Problems of the international humanitarian law."
