He said an internal process in this respect is ongoing within the opposite side.
“They came here and we had an exchange of ideas. Then a video conference took place. Later on, they sent some questions in letters. So this needs some time. Both sides have their own questions. I think a mandate will be granted soon and talks will begin,” said the deputy FM.
