Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to his French and Egyptian counterparts Francois Hollande and Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi respectively.
In the letters, the Azerbaijani president expressed his grief over the news of casualties as a result of the crash of EgyptAir flight from Paris to Cairo.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on his own behalf, President Aliyev extended deep condolences to his counterparts, families and loved ones of those who died.
An EgyptAir flight from Paris to Cairo with 66 passengers and crew on board crashed in the Mediterranean Sea on May 19.
