Russian President Vladimir Putin won`t go to the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey, to be held May 23-24, because he is very busy with other things, AzVision.az reports citing TASS.
"Unfortunately, the working schedule of the president simply doesn`t envisage that trip," Dmitry Peskov, Putin`s press secretary, said.
