The meetings will discuss a wide range of issues, including Libya’s future between the threats of terrorism and a democratic prospect, and post-monitoring dialogue with Turkey.
The participants will consider an information note on the fact-finding visit to Baku, and hear an oral report by the co-rapporteurs on their fact-finding visit to Tbilisi.
