Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva visit Turkey - PHOTOS

Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva arrived in Turkey May. 22 on a working visit to take part in World`s 1st humanitarian summit held in Istanbul, AzVision.az reports citing virtualaz.org.

Turkey`s high-ranking state and government officials met President Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva at the Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and other influential peopel of the world are invited to the summit.

The United Nations Secretary-General is holding the first-ever World Humanitarian Summit on 23-24 May in Istanbul, Turkey. The Summit will bring the global community together to reaffirm their solidarity with people affected by crises and their collective commitment to humanity.

Recently Ilham Aliyev visited Turkey on April 13 to attend the 13th Islamic Summit Conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
