The SCO foreign ministers also adopted the documents "On the draft agenda of the meeting of the Council of Heads of SCO member-states", "On the Tashkent Declaration of the SCO 15th Anniversary," "Draft Action Plan for 2016-2020 for implementation of the SCO development strategies up to 2025", "On the procedure of the Republic of India`s admission to the SCO", and "On the procedure of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan`s admission to the SCO".
The SCO members are China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Afghanistan, Iran, Mongolia and Belarus are the SCO observer-countries, while Turkey, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Armenia, Cambodia and Nepal are dialogue partners.
A meeting of the Council of Heads of the SCO member-states will be held in Tashkent June 23-24.
