“We are negotiating with Azerbaijani businessmen and Russiani Railways for funding of Rasht-Astara railway project. If an agreement is reached, the construction works will be started. North-South corridor is profitable and important project for all sides. If a capital is invested, Iran will work on various versions on repayment of the funds”, Khudai said.
