"Fraternal Turkey has significantly developed and earned great influence on the international arena after the party that you head and represent came to power," he added.
"Azerbaijani-Turkish unity, strategic partnership and alliance further strengthened, developed and reached the current highest level through the will of our nations, who have been bound together by unbreakable ties throughout the history," said Ilham Aliyev.
"I believe that large scale, fruitful and active cooperation in all fields, our firm position and activity, which is based on mutual trust, respect and support on international issues, will further contribute to the development of our countries and prosperity of our nations," the president added.
