Poroshenko`s letter reads as follows:
"Please accept my sincere congratulations on your country’s national holiday - Republic Day. The achievement of important strategic directions of development over the years of independence is indicative of the promising progress made the Republic of Azerbaijan towards strengthening regional leadership and influence in the international arena in the future. Ukraine has a consistent and resolute stance on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within Azerbaijan`s internationally recognized borders, on the basis of respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity. Our country also appreciates the support of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine`s territorial integrity.
